By submitting this Credit Card Authorisation Form I agree to Bequia Beach Hotel's full terms & conditions, cancellation terms and privacy policy as set out below.

I understand that submitting this form is authorises the use of the aforementioned credit card for payment of my account for this stay. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or other third party billed, fails to pay part or all of these charges.

I understand a deposit of the first and two last nights accommodation will be debited at the time of booking.

In order to avoid forfeiting the deposit, the guest must advise the hotel by email of cancellation at least fourteen days prior to the arrival date and amendments ten days prior to the arrival date. Penalty for "no shows" and/or cancellations within seven days prior to arrival will be three nights charge or 50% of total accommodation charge whichever is greater.

I understand that Bequia Beach Hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss of any personal items, money, jewels or other valuables that have been misplaced, damaged, stolen or left in guestrooms, meeting rooms, public areas. Safe deposit boxes are available in all rooms.

I understand that the use of all facilities are at the risk of the user(s), Bequia Beach Hotel will not be held liable for any personal injury while on property.

All rooms are designated non-smoking, smoking is permitted in public areas and open-air personal balconies dependent on room category. If you choose to smoke in a non-smoking room there be a USD $ 200 service fee to return the room to its non-smoking status.
